This legal notice regulates the content and use of the services on the SANTO INFIERNO Internet Site  ,  (hereinafter SANTO INFIERNO).

Minors.

• impersonate another person or entity, enter false, altered or distorted data causing error, confusion, misunderstanding or deception;
• forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Services;
• input, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under any contractual or fiduciary relationship (such as inside information, proprietary or confidential information learned or disclosed as part of an employment relationship or under Confidentiality Agreements);
• introduce, publish, copy, profit from and/or send emails or in any other way transmit any Content that infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secrets, reproduction rights or any other industrial property right and/or intellectual property of any third party and/or of  HOLY HELL ;
  Post, post, email, or otherwise transmit any advertising, promotional material, junk mail, chain letters, scam schemes, or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas of  HOLY HELL  that are expressly designated for that purpose (such as car advertising sectors);
• upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains computer software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware o telecommunications equipment;
• interrupt the normal flow of dialog, cause the screen to scroll at a speed at which other users of the Services are unable to type via a computer keyboard, or otherwise act in a manner that adversely affects the ability of other users to interact in real time (real time exchanges);
• interfere with or disrupt the Services and/or servers or internal networks connected to the Services; violate any applicable law in the national territory, be it municipal, provincial, local, state, federal or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by any Stock Exchange in which stock transactions are specifically made and/or any other similar; as well as any regulation with the force of law, whether intentionally or unintentionally;
• stalk or otherwise harass another person;
• collect or store personal data about others; Y,
• any other activity that is contrary to good customs.
• Break into other people’s Personal Services and access their personal information, email account, etc.

User agrees that it is Users’ sole responsibility to evaluate and bear the risk associated with the use of any Content, including as to the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Content; Due to the foregoing, the User manifestly and expressly acknowledges that the Content accessible through  SANTO INFIERNO cannot be trusted .

Likewise, the User acknowledges and accepts that  SANTO INFIERNO  may maintain and preserve personal information, User Content and Open Forums in its files for itself and may also disclose the same by law and/or competent authority if required. or for considering in good faith that said maintenance or disclosure is reasonably necessary to serve as evidence in legal proceedings, whether administrative or judicial; comply with the Content of this document, respond to claims involving any Content that undermines the rights of third parties; or protect the rights, property, or safety of  SANTO INFIERNO , its Users and society in general.

Regarding the use of specific Services contained in  SANTO INFIERNO  and the Open Forums, the User must be governed by what is agreed in this Legal Notice and, where appropriate, consult and adhere to the Specific Agreements of each of them.

Likewise, the user must refrain from:
using the Content illegally, for purposes or effects contrary to the applicable laws in Mexico, the User’s place of residence, and/or the place from which the Services are accessed, the morality, good customs and/or public order; reproduce, copy, distribute, allow public access through any form of public communication, transform or modify the Content, without the prior authorization of the owner of the corresponding rights; suppress, evade or manipulate the copyright, trademarks, patents, the “copyright” and other data identifying the rights of  SANTO INFIERNO or their owners incorporated into the Content, as well as the technical protection devices, fingerprints or any information mechanisms that the Content may contain; and use the Content and, in particular, the information of any kind obtained through  SANTO INFIERNO  or the Services, to send advertising, communications for direct sales purposes or with any other kind of commercial purpose, unsolicited messages addressed to a plurality of people regardless of its purpose, as well as to refrain from marketing or disclosing said information in any way.

SANTO INFIERNO  declares and the User accepts that the downloading of any content from the Portal, or through any of the services provided by  SANTO INFIERNO , carried out by the User, will be at their own discretion and risk, for which they will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer equipment, any of its accessories or system, as well as for the loss or damage to data contained therein.

Public Content Submitted by Users.
Users who decide to send or publish any type of content, be it photos, texts, videos, graphics or any other, for it to be included within the Portal in the general access areas, Users accept and agree to grant  SANTO HELL  the universal, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sub-licensable right, as well as the license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from the original, distribute, perform and submission of such Content in whole or in part, for incorporation into another work or work in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.

In the event that the User does not agree with what is stated in the preceding paragraph, they must refrain from sending Content and/or material not requested by  SANTO INFIERNO .

Prohibition of sending SPAM through the email service provided by  SANTO INFIERNO .

In the event that  SANTO INFIERNO  grants the user an email account for personal purposes, the User must refrain from carrying out the following activities: collect data for advertising purposes and send advertising of any kind and communications for sales purposes or others of a commercial nature without your prior request and consent.

send any other unsolicited or previously consented messages to a plurality of people. send strings of unsolicited or previously consented electronic messages.

use distribution lists that can be accessed through the Services to carry out the activities indicated in the previous sections.

make available to third parties, for any purpose, data collected from distribution lists.

Users who carry out any of the activities indicated in the previous sections must be legally responsible to the Users or third parties harmed by receiving unsolicited messages.

The User must refrain from obtaining and even attempting to obtain Content through  SANTO INFIERNO  or the Services through means or procedures other than those that, depending on the case, have been made available for this purpose or have been indicated for this purpose in the web pages of the Portal in which the Contents are found, or in general of those that are habitually used on the Internet for this purpose.

Modifications, cancellation, suspension and termination of services. The provision of the Portal service and the other Services has an indefinite duration. However,  SANTO INFIERNO  may terminate or suspend the provision of the Portal service and/or any of the services at any time, without prejudice to what has been provided in this regard in this Legal Notice or the corresponding Conditions established for each service individually.

SANTO INFIERNO  does not undertake at any time to notify Users in advance of the modification, cancellation, suspension or termination of the Portal services.

SANTO INFIERNO  will have the right to modify, or discontinue the content of the Portal or any of its services or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, at any time and periodically.

SANTO INFIERNO  will not be liable to users or third parties for any modification, suspension, or interruption of the Service.

SANTO INFIERNO  may withdraw or suspend at any time and without prior notice the provision of Services to those Users who fail to comply with the provisions of this Legal Notice.

Regarding the services in which the prior registration of the User is required,  SANTO INFIERNO  may at any time, cancel or discontinue your password, account (or any part thereof) or your use of the Service and remove or delete any Content within the Service for any reason, including without limitation, lack of use, or in case of considering that the User has violated or acted against this document or the essence of the Portal.

Promotions.

Eventually,  SANTO INFIERNO  will allow its  CUSTOMERS to  promote their products or services through promotions, contests, etc. The User may decide freely and under his responsibility, to participate in the promotions that appear on the Portal of  SANTO INFIERNO .

Said promotions do not represent any obligation to  SANTO INFIERNO , any of the terms, conditions, guarantees or declarations associated with said promotions, are understood as exclusive between the User and the advertiser and/or sponsor, for which  SANTO INFIERNO  will not be responsible for the veracity, functionality, content and quality of said products and/or services or, where appropriate, of the payment made.

The User accepts and agrees that  SANTO INFIERNO  will not be responsible or have any legal obligation for loss or damage of any kind that results from the aforementioned promotions, or that is the result of the relationship between the User and the advertiser or sponsor or the presence of such advertisers or sponsors on the Portal.

Intellectual property.

The User accepts and agrees that the Service and any necessary software used in connection with the Portal contains confidential information that is protected under the applicable laws of intellectual property and of another nature.

Likewise, the User accepts that the content included in advertisements of sponsors or advertisers or information published through the Portal or advertisers, is protected by copyright, trademarks, service marks, patents and other property rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by  SANTO INFIERNO  or its clients, the User undertakes not to modify, rent, lease, lend, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the content or the software, partially or totally.

SANTO INFIERNO  grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right and license for the use of the software, access to the Portal and its content in a single computer equipment, as long as you do not copy, modify, make a derivative work, do engineering reverse, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any of the configuration code, sell, assign, sublease, grant a security interest, or otherwise transfer any rights in the software.

The User for his part is obliged not to modify in any way the software or the content or to use modified versions of the same, including without limitation, the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to the services and restricted contents of the Portal.

Therefore, the user agrees not to enter the Portal by any other means than the user interface provided for this purpose by  SANTO INFIERNO .

HOLY HELL  respects the intellectual property rights of third parties, so its users are obliged to respect them in the same way.

Notice about financial information published on the Portal.

In the event that  SANTO INFIERNO  publishes on the Portal any information related to financial matters, it will be solely for informational purposes, and not for commercial or investment purposes, for which  SANTO INFIERNO  will not be responsible for the veracity, use, or availability of any information published in this regard on the Portal.

Therefore,  SANTO INFIERNO  will not be responsible or have legal obligation for any commercial or investment decision that the User makes based on said information, including, but not limited to news, messages, warnings or any other information about companies, price of stocks, investments or securities.

Compensation.

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless  SANTO INFIERNO , its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, associates or other partners and employees from any claim or demand, including attorneys’ fees, made by a third party due to the content, or arising from the content that the User publishes, presents, announces or transmits through any of the services offered by  SANTO INFIERNO , their use of the service, their connection to the service, their violation of this Legal Notice or the Specific conditions of the services, or their violation of the rights of a third party.

Notifications or communications sent to an address other than the one indicated will not be considered effective for any purpose.

Legislation and Jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between  SANTO INFIERNO  and the Users, the parties expressly and irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the City of Puebla, Mexico, under the laws of the United Mexican States, therefore renouncing any jurisdiction that could correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.

NOTICE OF PRIVACY

Through this notice, www.santoinfierno.mx (hereinafter,  THE COMPANY ) informs Portal users about its personal data protection policy so that they can decide expressly, freely and voluntarily, if they wish to facilitate to  THE COMPANY  the personal data that are requested in the Portal for the provision of its services.

Users are also informed of the incorporation of the data into an automated file, whose owner and responsible is  THE COMPANY , carrying out an automated treatment in order to inform users about promotions and offers.
